By patronising Thediyroom, you are agreeing to all to the Terms and Conditions listed. All Terms and Conditions are subjected to changes at our own discretion.

Thediyroom is committed to protecting Customer's information and it will not be shared and misused by our company. Providing your information will allow Thediyroom to fulfil your orders and to notify you in regards to any changes. We may also send you email updates about our products and special offers from Thediyroom.
Terms of Sale
To order from Thediyroom, you will be required to fill up the order form on the Studs or Accessories page. After an order has been placed, an acknowledgement SMS will be sent to you for payment. Payment has to be made within 24 hours to secure your items. Orders are processed accordingly to payment time and will be confirmed after payment received. Delivery will be made on within 2 working days after payment. Do take note that items are based on first pay first served basis. Once item is sold out, and payment has already been made for it, we will refund accordingly.

Thediyroom makes every effort to ensure colours of our products on our website are as accurate as possible.
Payment and Pricing
Payment can be made via Bank Transfers, I-Banking and PayPal. All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars. All payment has to be made in Singapore Dollars only.
Delivery
Thediyroom currently offers 2 modes of delivery, Local Normal Postage and Local Registered Postage with tracking number. All orders will be dispatched within 2 days upon receiving payment. We will SMS tracking number to customers that opted for trackable delivery services. Delivery usually takes about ~5 days but can stretch to 2 weeks.
Thediyroom is not responsible if any package is lost in transit should a non-trackable delivery service is opted. We will, however, try our best to track down your item by contacting the local postal service when item has been sent from.
Exchange and Refunds
We do no offer exchange for items with minor scratches, but will only exchange if items is non-functional, incorrect or badly defected. Strictly no cash refunds for defective items. Thediyroom must be notified of an exchange within 14 days from date of invoice. All items to be returned must be returned in brand new condition, in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. In any event the items is sold out, we will refund back your money.
